Performance & Configuration Highlights
- ZEX Nitrous System Installed: Demonstrated 302.98 knots on course with the pre-IRAN engine and legacy two blade propeller. With the current freshly IRAN verified engine and upgraded prop, substantially higher performance is expected.
- Engine Assurance: Nitrous system remains installed but has not been used since retirement from air racing. The IRAN was performed specifically to validate engine integrity after competitive use and the engine is confirmed flawless.
- Versatility: Nitrous bottle mount can be quickly swapped for an oxygen system if desired.
- Aerodynamic Refinements:
      - Outfitted with the extended rudder and ventral fin developed for Version 2 of the Glasair III, providing enhanced yaw stability and fully developed spin recovery.
      - More than 1,000 hours invested reshaping the underside of the wing and wheel-well blisters using Analytical Methods, Inc. fluid-flow dynamics models, delivering optimized aerodynamic performance.
